We deliver high industrial quality material as standard. If ISO procedures or your order specification at Metal-Max Laser Technology require full certification (including mill certificates according to EN 10204 3.1), we provide them on individual request at the pricing stage.

Engineer's Guide: Material Specification at Metal-Max Laser Technology

The selection of raw material for laser cutting and CNC machining requires consideration of mechanical and structural parameters. For acid-resistant and chemical applications, we implement 1.4301 (304) and 1.4404 (316L) steels. We base machine structures on stable carbon grades S235JR and S355J2. In CNC machining, machinability is key - for automatic mass production we use 11SMn30 and 11SMnPb30 steels, for highly loaded elements (shafts, axles) heat-treated bars C45 and 42CrMo4, while for precision components we use light alloy 6082 or self-lubricating POM polymer.
