IDEAL BENDING ANGLE

Our machines automatically correct the pressure force along the entire bending axis. As a result, we achieve an identical angle both at the edges and in the middle of even a 3-meter detail.

MULTI-AXIS BACKGAUGES

Numerically controlled rear backgauge axes (X, R, Z1, Z2) enable precise homing of details with complex, asymmetrical shapes.

OFFLINE PROGRAMMING

Before launching the press, the bending sequence and anti-collision test are simulated in a 3D environment, which eliminates production errors.

ELIMINATION OF MATERIAL ELASTICITY

Each metal alloy behaves differently after releasing the punch pressure. Our systems actively monitor material resistance in real time. Thanks to the precise selection of bending tools and the experience of our operators, we deliver components with impeccable serial repeatability - regardless of whether the batch consists of 10 or 5000 pieces.

The sheet bending process requires immense material knowledge. Each grade of steel or aluminum reacts differently to pressure (springback phenomenon). Our CNC press brakes are equipped with advanced crowning compensation systems and precise backgauges. As a result, we guarantee that whether we bend the first or the thousandth part in a series, the angle will remain exactly as required by the technical documentation. We deliver precision-bent components for production facilities across Europe, ensuring punctuality and repeatability of serial deliveries.
