SERIAL PRODUCTION AND PROTOTYPING

We produce single prototype details (necessary for project verification by the client), however, we achieve full cost optimization of our machine park with repetitive production. For volumes from 500 pieces upwards, we are able to offer highly competitive prices, guaranteeing identical dimensional stability of the entire batch.

DIMENSIONAL FLEXIBILITY

We do not like rigid limitations. Our optimized machine park in Niepołomice (near Kraków) allows for serial production based on details with a diameter of about 200 mm and a length of up to 370 mm. However, this does not mean that we close ourselves off to bigger challenges. We always verify larger-scale orders individually for feasibility. If geometry and clamping allow, we successfully process details beyond the standard range.

We use tools from renowned brands, which translates to a very smooth surface and dimensional stability throughout the entire produced series. We also make unusual threads and precise grooving for sealing systems.

TURNING COMPETENCIES

DRIVEN TOOLS

We use driven tools (Y-axis / sub-spindle), which allows us to perform off-axis drilling and milling of details directly in the lathe, without having to transfer pieces to a milling machine.

ACCEPTANCE OF CAD FILES

We work directly on the provided documentation. Just send us 3D models (.STEP) along with executive drawings (.PDF, .DXF), and our technologists will program the optimal tool paths.

SECUREMENT OF DETAILS

Precise threads and surfaces with low roughness are properly secured by us for transport, guaranteeing that the detail will reach you without micro-damage.
