MECHANICAL PREPARATION OF THE BASE

The quality of the coating depends entirely on the preparation of the base. Parts straight from the cutting machine or after welding are always subjected to unifying processing. Serial small elements are subjected to the trowalization process (vibratory finishing), which perfectly deburrs and rounds edges. We entrust the shot blasting of large-scale welded structures to a proven technological partner with appropriate facilities, maintaining full quality control before chemical processes.

PROTECTIVE AND DECORATIVE COATINGS

POWDER COATING

Highly durable anti-corrosion and visual coating in any color from the RAL palette. We ensure precise masking of threads and contact surfaces before applying paint.

GALVANIZING

We provide access to professional galvanic zinc plating services for precision parts and hot-dip galvanizing for heavy structures and frames operating in outdoor conditions.

ALUMINUM ANODIZING

Electrochemical oxidation of aluminum elements, increasing their hardness and resistance to corrosion and abrasion, widely used in machine details and automation.

GLASS BEAD BLASTING

In cooperation with proven partners, we organize fast and professional glass bead blasting of stainless steel, giving the surface an aesthetic, satin, and uniform appearance without affecting dimensions.

Professional surface finishing, such as deburring, grinding, or preparation for specialized coatings, is a stage that drastically extends the life of the element and gives it its final character.
